My mom was in town so I made her partake and convince her that I get all my daily servings of vegetables....one way or another. Vodka is a vegetable group, right?? Happy from the couch Friday and this week it's my birthday with some special guests. Let's be honest, my birthday is more like a month long celebration. My friend sent me the famous New York Levain cookies because now they have a gluten free version! They ship nationwide making it so accessible to get yours too!

It's National Pizza Day! I went to Prime Pizza to enjoy their delicious, gluten free pizza! I requested their special vodka sauce for my topping and it was fantastic. Later on, I shared the rest with a friend who couldn't even tell it was gluten free! That's the true test!

Bravo to the Girl Scouts for making gluten free Toffee-Tastic cookies! Toffee Tastic cookies have this delicious buttery taste, with toffee bits woven in and a great crunch! I love supporting the Girl Scouts and now I can since them have gluten free cookies. I'm supporting my local girl scout troop who are trying to fundraise for their Washington D.C. this summer!
