Gluten free chicken tacos in the crockpot for Cinco de Mayo and Mexican street corn for the sidedish
This week I'm using Siete seasoning for my chicken in the crockpot. I'm making gluten free chicken tacos and Tattooed Chef's Mexican Style Street Corn for the side dish. Siete seasoning is new for me and doesn't disappoint! Directions on the back of the packet make it easy to follow and the side dish comes together in 5-7 mins. Enjoy!
Easiest homemade gluten free marinade
I make my own gluten free marinade and today I am going to use it on salmon. It's so easy to remember because all ingredients are 1 Tbsp. I bet you have most of these ingredients already in your fridge or pantry. Substitute gluten free soy sauce to make it gfree!
Gluten free Chicken Marsala in the crockpot
Let's make gluten free Chicken Marsala in the crockpot for dinner! Marsala wine is gluten free and adds a great flavor to this dish, plus substituting regular mushroom soup with Progresso mushroom soup to gfree it! I don't always have a lot of time during the week to make dinner, and this is a great go to meal. Chicken, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, marsala wine, and some chicken broth make it easy to come together.
Instant Pot Gluten Free Beef and Broccoli
Let's make Beef and Broccoli in the Instant Pot and make it gluten free! Substitute gluten free soy sauce for regular soy sauce, and gfjules flour to coat the steak before setting it on saute. This meal will come together so fast and my kid even eat it!

You need a last minute appetizer to bring to the holiday party...I got you covered! I use a bag of #quinnpretzels, cane sugar, cinnamon, and a stick of butter! Recipe comes together in 15-20 minutes, put your oven at 350 degrees, go get ready, let them cook, and you're set!
Gfree it Cranberry Apple Casserole
I don't know about you, but I'm not a huge fan of cranberry sauce, especially if it's out of can. Yikes! Try my gluten free cranberry apple casserole as an alternative to the traditional cranberry sauce by substituting gluten free @Quaker oats. Use it as a side dish, dessert, or even for breakfast! Yup, I have had it for breakfast. Happy Thanksgiving!
