Island Vintage Coffee wins again! This time with their gluten free thumbprint cookies! They pair perfectly with Island Vintage Kona coffee. I tried their apricot flavored thumbprint and it did not disappoint. Coffee + gluten free thumbprint cookie = gluten free happiness!

I love to travel! I also love to travel by plane! However, the plane snacks that they hand out tend to not be gluten free, which is such a bummer. I pack my own and I'm going to show you what I packed for my summer travel. Maybe Southwest Airlines will hear my call for gluten free snacks?! Also, they did put gluten free cheese dip in their snack pack, but no gluten free crackers!

This week I'm using Siete seasoning for my chicken in the crockpot. I'm making gluten free chicken tacos and Tattooed Chef's Mexican Style Street Corn for the side dish. Siete seasoning is new for me and doesn't disappoint! Directions on the back of the packet make it easy to follow and the side dish comes together in 5-7 mins. Enjoy!

I almost ate the entire bag of Trader Joe's Coconut Flavored Almonds! They are so delicious! I decided I needed to move my body, specifically on my Peloton, before I ate the rest! These gluten free snacks are definitely worth it!

Happy from the couch Friday and this week Murray and I are putting gluten free Easter candy in our basket and sharing those brands with you! There are more choices than you think! From Hersheys, to Sour Patch Kids, to Cadbury, you can find all your favorites that are gluten free.

Easy meal in the crockpot! Vegetable soup with gluten free Italian Ditalini Pastina, thanks to the Italian company, Le Veneziane! Trick is to cook the pasta separately then add it into the soup. I use V8 for the broth to get in some extra veggies and flavor, and frozen veggies to make it even easier! Dinner is done!

My friend sent me the famous New York Levain cookies because now they have a gluten free version! They ship nationwide making it so accessible to get yours too!
